1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the iornplay website at iornplay.vip, creating an iornplay account, or using any iornplay service — including but not limited to online slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the iornplay platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person who accesses iornplay content through any device or browser. Your continued use of iornplay following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

iornplay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their iornplay account or through a prominent notice on the iornplay platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to use the iornplay platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the iornplay platform or any other gaming platform for violations of terms or responsible gaming policies.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an iornplay employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

iornplay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any winnings accrued during the period of non-compliance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the iornplay platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. iornplay reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the iornplay registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. iornplay may verify the information you provide at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iornplay account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. iornplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your iornplay account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify iornplay customer support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

iornplay may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

iornplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at iornplay's discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your iornplay account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. iornplay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by iornplay within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. iornplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the iornplay platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). iornplay does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use the iornplay platform to process transactions on behalf of third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. iornplay reserves the right to reverse any transaction suspected of being made by or on behalf of a third party.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

iornplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your iornplay account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

iornplay reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if iornplay determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

iornplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. iornplay will not be liable to any player for any loss resulting from the modification or termination of a promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

iornplay's game library — including online slots, live casino tables, bingo, Ocean Lord, Star Fishing, and other titles — is subject to change without notice. iornplay may add, remove, or modify games at any time. The availability of specific games may vary based on your location or device.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, iornplay reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. iornplay will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the iornplay platform during an active game round, the game will continue to completion according to its programmed rules. iornplay is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet service provider, device, or any factor outside iornplay's direct control.

6.4 Fairness & RNG

All iornplay games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently verified. iornplay does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iornplay platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with iornplay games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the iornplay platform.
• Using the iornplay platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the iornplay platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your iornplay account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the iornplay platform or other players' experience.

8. Responsible Gaming

iornplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that while the majority of players enjoy iornplay as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. iornplay provides a range of tools and resources to help players stay in control.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

Registered iornplay players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your iornplay account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the iornplay platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8.2 Age Verification

iornplay strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits refunded. Winnings accrued by underage players will be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the iornplay platform — including but not limited to the iornplay logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of iornplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the iornplay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any iornplay content without prior written permission from iornplay.

Any unauthorized use of iornplay's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iornplay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the iornplay platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the iornplay service.
• Unauthorized access to your iornplay account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the iornplay platform.
• Losses arising from your violation of these Terms.

iornplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the iornplay platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your iornplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

iornplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the iornplay platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the iornplay Privacy Policy.

iornplay implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and iornplay cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by iornplay

iornplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if iornplay determines that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if iornplay is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, iornplay reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Deposits made in good faith prior to the violation may be refunded at iornplay's discretion.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your iornplay account at any time by contacting iornplay customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your iornplay account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the iornplay platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting iornplay customer support. iornplay will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of such dispute.

14. Amendments to These Terms

iornplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the iornplay website at iornplay.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.

For material changes to these Terms, iornplay will provide notice to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the iornplay platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the iornplay platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the iornplay platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 of these Terms.
